*By entering this club, I agree to the following: I am at least 21 years of age. I hereby authorize La Prenda Wines to charge my credit card for each wine club shipment. I understand that in signing I am making a one-year commitment. If I cancel prior to receiving two shipments, I will be billed for any discounts I have received. Written notice of cancellation to the winery is required. In the unlikely event of damages to my merchandise in transit, I am responsible for filing claims directly with the shipper. I am responsible for payment of all applicable state and local taxes. Pick up club members must claim their wine at the winery within 30 days of notification. Orders not picked up within 30 days of notifications will automatically be shipped to the address above and the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
